In November 2019, our fantastic community of gyms and breweries came together for a ‘Row-A’Thon‘ where we were able to raise over $125,000 for the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation. There were over 400 people rowing for 2-hours straight with one common goal – Row Against Cancer! Afterward, I sat down with ‘Business of Strength‘ to discuss this amazing event and what it meant to our community and to those who participated.
