Tony Smith spent 19 years as a Police Officer, 10 years of those years as a Tactical Operator with The Windsor Police ESU. He was named by Swat Team Leader by his peers, the youngest person in the units history to hold the title referred to as Tango 01. During those years Tony lead thousands of successful missions, trained, and developed a cohesive group of high functioning leaders tasked to be the last line of defence. Tony took his passion for fitness, and mindset training to a whole new level becoming Canada’s first person to complete The Gym Jones Certification which has been said to be the most hardcore fitness cert in the world.

The Garage Gym has grown into 2 locations and over 350 members. The Garage Gym has produced an unparalleled culture of support a community involvement. The gym is on a mission to be a positive influence in the community. With Tony and his wife Dani (a former Undercover drug cop) leading the charge his team and their Garage Gym Army have done just that having raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charity, including a recent event that produced $125,000 for the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation.
